No, we are a wholesale company and only supply to businesses.

Would you like to purchase our products as a consumer? Our items are available through resellers across Europe. On the brand websites, you’ll find a store locators to help you find a nearby point of sale.

Yes, absolutely. Images are available in your account.

Log in and go to ‘My account’ > ‘My orders’. Next to your order, you’ll see a cloud icon with a download arrow. Click it to download the product and lifestyle images in a small format.

Need a different format?
Send your request to sales@decostar.nl, and we’ll send the available image files.

Once we have received your order, it will normally be shipped within 4 to 5 working days, depending on the payment or payment terms.

The exact delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Orders placed via the webshop can be paid directly through our secure payment system.

If a payment term has been agreed upon and all conditions are met, the order will be delivered on account according to that agreement.

You can find your payment terms under ‘My details’ in your account.

Yes, you can view your open backorders in your account under ‘My open order lines’.

Each line shows a possible shipping date. Please note: this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date, as orders are only shipped once sufficient stock is available.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders at Decostar.

All orders are shipped via our logistics partners only.

The minimum order value and shipping costs vary per country.

You can find all up-to-date information on the Shipping & Delivery page. It clearly lists the conditions for each country.

Unfortunately, this is not possible for deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
